We’re not career tech consultants. We’re business operators who discovered what AI could do and couldn’t stop using it.
Our team has roots in real estate, title, marketing, and business operations. We’ve run transactions, managed clients, built marketing campaigns, and worn every hat a small business owner wears. We know what it feels like to be stretched thin and to wonder if there’s a smarter way.
We started using AI in 2019, before ChatGPT, before it was a buzzword, when the tools were expensive and the learning curve was steep. We figured it out anyway because the results were too good to ignore.
So we built Heartwood AI Solutions to do exactly that: help other business owners skip the years of trial and error and start getting real results fast.
We’ve spent years testing AI tools across industries, refining what works, and throwing out what doesn’t. We don’t recommend tools we haven’t used ourselves. We don’t teach strategies we haven’t validated in the field.
